

Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. After ten treatment sessions, the post-test was administered. Participants took a pre-test containing new words selected from the clips.

Research instrumentation included a pre-test and post-test. They watched ten video clips selected from three animated movies with different types of subtitles: A) Bimodal subtitles, B) Standard subtitles and C)Reversed subtitles. Participants were randomly assigned to three experimental groups, namely, Bimodal group (A), Standard group (B) and Reversed group (C). The test was administered to ensure participants' homogeneity. To this end, 60 high school students in Behbahan were selected after taking a proficiency test. It shows that with better morale, the employees are able to carry out tasks and jobs with better anyway.This study investigates the effect of different types of subtitle on incidental vocabulary learning among Iranian EFL learners. The result of the analysis showed that the effect on employee morale employee performance. In addition, employees also felt that his presence in the company not merely as workers, but employees assess that the company also has to pay attention to the interests of the employees concerned. This proves that the employees who attended training was getting attention from the company, which employees feel that the company implemented the training of employees looking into the company's assets.

Trainings held company proved a positive response. Lack of attention given to the company in the form of training and human resource development have had an impact on increasing employee morale. The results showed that the presence of training and human resource development effect on employee morale, meaning that by implementing training and human resources development will foster confidence in employees that the company is really a organization which not only pursue profits, employees see that the company has been paying attention.
